I'm a Busy Boy

So now I'm volunteering at two different places. One is a rehab place for people with psychiatric disabilities, the other a homeless shelter for disadvantaged youth from all persuasions and backgrounds. I'm really busy during the day, but I am still finding the evening hours slow.  I guess I'm the type of guy who needs to be occupied at all times. I'm hoping all of this volunteer work can help me meet some new people, loose some weight and just generally become more well adjusted. My pdoc seems to be pretty happy with my goings on, so I guess that's a good sign. I went to the specialist that I was waiting to see, and he has suggested several different strategies that I might try to get my mood in check and findally get back to work. He wants me to try lithium with my current Abilify dose to "compliment" the effects of the Abilify and presumbablly help my mood. We'll see how it goes - hopefully something will work because I want to get the hell out of public housing.
